Checklists are an old tool utilised in many areas of industry but the humble checklist is seen as “low tech” in the digital age. Yet industries such as air transportation, off shore energy and medical care utilise checklists as the front line of process control. How can we ensure this proven method of accident prevention can be more widely utilised in everyday applications?

We’ll look at some of the ways checklists are used and introduce our new simple method for implementing a checklist culture in your organisation.
