Susan Elston is the Managing Director for Aramark Limited – Offshore Division.  The business provides hotel services to the offshore industry in Europe, Azerbaijan and the Middle East with over 1200 personnel.

Susan has lived in Aberdeen for the last 10 years.  She sees safety as her key responsibility of her role and is proud that the business has been recognised by BSC with the Sword of Honour in 2008 and by RoSPA - with 6 successive Occupational safety industry awards as well as the Scotland Trophy awarded in 2005 and 2007.

Susan is also keen to support the local community and is on the board of several Social Enterprises and is active within Scottish Business in the Community.

She was the recipient of the Institute of Directors Scottish Enterprise Female Director Award 2007.
