Paul is a Chartered Member of the Institution of Occupational Safety and Health who has many years’ of experience in mechanical engineering and as a safety and health advisor

He has worked for ICI in an engineering supervisory capacity and for DuPont as an engineering manager and as a site based safety and health manager. While at DuPont Paul was a member of their European Mechanical Safety and Integrity Team and was trained in the DuPont STOP program. In June 2006 Paul was appointed Group Health and Safety Advisor for Samworth Brothers Ltd, a family owned chilled food manufacturer with over 7000 staff at locations in the East Midlands and Cornwall.
