John Hamilton is the head of safety, health and wellbeing at Leeds Metropolitan University. He has extensive experience in the design and implementation of organisational health and safety systems and has a specialist interest in the management of workplace psychosocial hazards. John is a visiting lecturer at a number of academic institutions and is currently assisting the HSE in the development of an employers guide to the law regarding work-related stress.
