    Ian joined Hemsley Fraser in 2000 and is an established member of our management training team. With a Certificate in Adult Education and an NVQ in Training and Development, Ian possesses a wealth of experience in the design and delivery of corporate training programmes. Ian is IPD qualified, an MBTI Practioner and an accredited Belbin team role trainer.

    Professional Experience

    Ian has a background in banking and finance. Initially working in the dealing room at the cutting edge of the financial world, Ian went on to specialise in training and development where he spent 14 years prior to joining Hemsley Fraser. He is experienced in the research, design and delivery of training and has managed projects concerning training needs analysis, course design and course evaluation.

    Training Approach and Style

    Ian's approach to training is relaxed and motivational. Delegates quickly build rapport with him, ensuring that training courses are highly participative and enjoyable. At the same time, Ian ensures that learning is maximised and that delegates take away definite skills that can be applied in the workplace.
