Chris Goulart joins RCI Safety Team

HORTON, KS, 11 Feb 2010 – Chris Goulart, M.S., CSP, ARM, CDT of Macomb, Michigan has joined the RCI Safety team as Director of Consulting Services. Chris has 16 years experience as a practicing Safety Professional and 8 years specializing in Behavioral Safety, Organizational Safety, and Systems Safety.

Chris is versed in working with organizations to assist them in identifying and mitigating the systemic components of risk, and offering reasonable business solutions. These solutions typically employ a healthy balance of engineering improvements, knowledge gap reductions, and performance management elements. Mr. Goulart has experience with assisting both large and small organizations to initiate and ultimately employ positive cultural changes that emphasize continuous improvement and implementation of successful workplace safety practices overall.
