Q1. I'm interested in exhibiting at IOSH 10. What should I do?

Q2. What sponsorship opportunities are available?

A. Please download our exhibition and sponsorship prospectus and then contact Dominic Pinfold, Account Manager on +44 (0) 207 921 8183 or email dominic.pinfold@ubm.com.

Q3. How do I access the PR and marketing guide?

A. The PR and marketing guide is accessed through the exhibitor zone. Log-in using the password sent to you via email and by clicking on the link 'PR and marketing guide'

Q4. How do I access the exhibitor technical manual?

A. The exhibitor technical manual will be live at the end of November 2009 and can be accessed through the Exhibitor zone. Log-in using the password which will be sent to you via email and by clicking on the link 'Technical manual'.

Q5. My password to access the exhibitor zone isn't working. What should I do?

Q6. I have lost/not received my password to access the exhibitor zone. What should I do?

A. Please complete the password request form on the exhibitor zone log-in page and you password will be sent to you.

Q7. I have accessed the exhibitor zone, but cannot access the exhibitor technical manual/PR and marketing guide. What should I do?

Q8. I can access the exhibitor technical manual, but I don't understand how to use it. What should I do?

Q9. I would like some help with PR and marketing in the run up to the show. What can I do?

A. Please refer to the PR and marketing guide, which features a checklist to help you discover all the options available to you. Alternatively, contact the marketing or PR team.

Q10. How do I create my own page on the IOSH 10 website?

A. The IOSH 10 website attracts high visitor traffic in the lead up to the show and we've made it easy for all our exhibitors to promote themselves and their new products. You can access your extranet page through the exhibitor zone using the password sent to you via email. For any queries regarding the extranet facility, please email Alexandra Morris, Marketing Assistant at alexandra.morris@ubm.com or call +44 (0)20 7921 8611.

Q11. When will I receive my exhibitor badges?

A. They will be sent via email, approximately three weeks before the event If you need replacement/additional badges, they can be obtained onsite.

Q12. What should I do if the details on my badges are incorrect?

A. When you arrive onsite, the badge query desk can amend any details and print off a revised version of your badge

Q13. When will I receive my contractor passes?

A. These will be dispatched approximately three weeks before the event.

Q14. Am I entitled to a free entry in the official IOSH 10 show guide?

A. Yes, as an exhibitor at IOSH 10, you are entitled to a free entry in the official show guide, which is distributed free of charge to all pre-registered visitors. For more details, please refer to the PR and marketing guide, accessed through the Exhibitor zone.

Q15. Can I submit press releases to appear on the IOSH 10 website?

A. Yes, please upload your press releases via the exhibitor zone and they will appear on the website once they have been approved.

Q17. What are the show opening times?

Q18. Is there car parking at the venue?

A. The SECC offers onsite parking for over 2,000 cars. The rate is £5 per vehicle, per visit, which you must pay for in cash when you leave

Q19. My question has not been answered. Who should I contact for more information?

A. The IOSH 10 event team is here to help and would be happy to assist you with any queries that you might have. Simply visit the contact us page and select a department to assist you with your query.
