Press FAQs

Q1. As a member of the media, how do I register for the event? What credentials do I need to prove my media status?
A. Please register for your complimentary press pass on our website. Alternatively, you can register onsite. You’ll need to bring your NUJ card or business card as proof of your identity.

Q2. When will I receive my press pass?
A. Around two weeks before the event.

Q3. What does my press pass entitle me to?
A. Free entry to the conference and exhibition, free access to all the seminar theatres and use of the press office. In this exclusive area, you’ll be able to browse information from exhibitors, access the internet for free and receive complimentary refreshments.

You may also want to use the press office to interview individual exhibitors or representatives from UBM or IOSH. Please feel free to do so and contact us if you’d like our help in setting these up.

Q4. Can I bring members of the editorial team with me to the event?
A. All registered members of the press are welcome to attend the event free of charge. If you want to bring colleagues with you, please make sure they register online or at the venue.

Q5. Will there be storage space for my luggage/laptop/equipment?
A. Yes, in the press office. Lockers are not provided, so any items left here are at the owner’s risk.
