We're delighted to welcome members of the press to the IOSH 10 conference and exhibition. If you want to attend, please register using the tab on the right.
In this dedicated press section, you'll find key information for planning your visit as well as vital editorial tools.

Please note that only genuine members of the press will be allowed entry to the press office. Please provide your NUJ card or business card on arrival.

How do I register for a press pass?
Please register for your complimentary press pass using the 'Register' tab at the top of the page. Alternatively, you can register on site free of charge.
When will I receive my press pass?
You'll receive your unique registration number (URN) around two weeks before the event. When you arrive on site, you will be required to enter this number into the badge registration terminal, which will print your press pass.
What does my press pass entitle me to?
Your press pass entitles you to free entry to the show, free access to all the seminar theatres and use of the press office.
In the press office, exhibitor press packs will be available on terminals that you are welcome to use, you'll be able access the internet for free, as well as having a space to relax in away from the hustle and bustle of the show floor.
Can I bring members of the editorial team with me to the event?
All members of the press are welcome to attend the event free of charge. If you wish to bring colleagues with you, please make sure they register on the website or on site.
Where will the press office be?
The location of the press office will be confirmed in due course.
Will there be storage space for my luggage/laptop/equipment?
There will be storage space for anyone wishing to leave any luggage or equipment in the press office.
Will press packs be available in hard copy or electronic format?
Press packs will only be available in electronic format on the show website. There will be computers in the press office for those wishing to view the electronic press packs, as well as wireless internet access for those with their own laptops.
Will there be internet access?
There will be wireless internet access in the press office as well as terminals that you can use.
Will the press office be manned?
The press office will be manned at all times by a member of staff.
How do I retrieve official show photos?
Please contact Guy Melzack (PR & Communications Executive) after the event, who'll be able to source official show photos for you.
Can our publication bring our own photographer to the event?
You're welcome to bring your own photographer to the event. Please register your photographer as press, either on the website or onsite.
Will filming be permitted at the event?
Filming is permitted at the event. If you want to film the event, please contact Guy Melzack (+44 (0)20 7921 8067, guy.melzack@ubm.com).
