Exhibitor FAQs

Q1. I'm interested in exhibiting at IOSH 2012. What should I do?

Q3. How do I access the PR and marketing guide?

A. The PR and marketing guide is accessed through the exhibitor zone. Login using the password sent to you via email and by clicking on the link 'PR and marketing guide'. 


Q4. How do I access the exhibitor technical manual?

A. The exhibitor technical manual will be live at the beginning of January 2012 and can be accessed through the exhibitor zone. Login using the password that will be sent to you via email and by clicking on 'Technical manual'.


Q5. My password to access the exhibitor zone isn't working. What should I do?

A. Please call Douglas Read, Event Co-ordinator, on +44 (0)20 7921 8074 or email douglas.read@ubm.com.


Q6. I've lost/not received my password to access the exhibitor zone. What should I do?

A. Please complete the password request form on the exhibitor zone login page and your password will be sent to you.


Q7. I've accessed the exhibitor zone, but can't access the exhibitor technical manual/PR and marketing guide. What should I do?

Q9. I'd like some help with PR and marketing in the run-up to the show. What can I do?
A. Please refer to the PR and marketing guide, which features a checklist of all the options available to you. Alternatively, contact the marketing or PR team.

Q10. How do I create my own page on the IOSH 2012 website?
A. The IOSH 2012 website attracts high visitor traffic in the lead-up to the show and we've made it easy for all our exhibitors to promote themselves and their new products. You can access your extranet page through the exhibitor zone using the password sent to you via email. For any queries regarding the extranet facility, please contact Matthew Tremlett, Marketing Executive, on +44 (0)20 7955 3947 or email matthew.tremlett@ubm.com.

Q11. When will I receive my exhibitor badges?
A. We’ll send them by email, approximately three weeks before the event. If you need replacement or extra badges, you can pick them up at the event.

Q12. What should I do if the details on my badges are incorrect?
A. When you arrive onsite, the badge query desk can amend any details and print off a revised version of your badge.

Q13. When will I receive my contractor passes?
A. Please pick up your contractor badges onsite, from the exhibition organiser’s office.

Q14. Am I entitled to a free entry in the official IOSH 2012 show guide?
A. Yes. As an exhibitor at IOSH 2012, you’re entitled to a free entry in the official show guide, which is distributed free of charge to all pre-registered visitors. For more details, please refer to the PR and marketing guide, accessed through the exhibitor zone.

Q15. Can I submit press releases to appear on the IOSH 2012 website?
A. Yes. Please upload your press releases via the exhibitor zone and they’ll appear on the website once they’ve been approved.

Q18. Can I park my car at the venue?

A. Once you have travelled into the city by car, then the best place to park is the NCP car park on site at Manchester Central. It is open 24 hours and the address details for sat nav are: Lower Mosley Street, Manchester, M2 3GX.
