The IOSH 11 PR team functions proactively to ensure that key media are kept informed pre-event, on-site and post-event about all aspects of the show. We also work to ensure that as many press as possible attend the event.
The IOSH 11 PR team is a resource for all exhibitors so please do not hesitate to contact them should you wish to discuss anything.

Press releases
Press releases are one of the most valuable tools to communicate your message to the media. We will put out a series of releases over the coming months detailing all major aspects of the event.
If you are planning on putting out your own press releases, we would be delighted to promote these for you on the IOSH 10 site. Simply upload them through the exhibitor zone and Guy Melzack (PR & Communications Executive) will ensure they appear on the website within three days of you uploading them.
Digital press office
Exhibitors will therefore be required to submit their press packs to Guy Melzack in PDF format so they can be uploaded to the website.
There is a one megabyte limit and you will need to submit your press pack by 17 March 2010.
As a result of our decision to take the press office online, we will be unable to store hard copy press packs in the press office.
Free publicity/product launches
If you are planning on launching any products or services at IOSH 10, please complete our free publicity form or contact Guy Melzack and he will be able to assist you in promoting your launch.

The IOSH conference and exhibition PR campaign runs throughout the year.
Once the event has finished, we will be looking to collect testimonials from exhibitors to include in this promotion.
